World Book Day 2021

HOW CAN you celebrate world book day at home?

With world book day coming around just before schools reopen on the 8th of March, many will be celebrating it at home.

To mark this day we have compiled some ideas of how to celebrate at home!

On the World Book day website there are plenty of ideas of book related activities too.

They encourage people to take part in the day on social media; “celebrating the joy of reading together”

English Literature student Venelina Angelova is particularly excited for the day.

She says; “I have been wearing my Mockingjay pin ever since secondary school”

She doesn’t plan to stop this year either; “I want to re-read the Hunger Games, World Book day is an opportunity to do that”
